If you have a 7-in-1 ClimateScout Weather Station, this additional base station allows you to access the full range of functions and weather data in an additional room. For example, by placing the additional base station in your bedroom, you can view the measurements from your outdoor sensor and decide what to wear for the day based on the weather conditions. The original base station can then be kept in your living room to give everyone in your household an overview of the outdoor temperature, outdoor humidity, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, UV and light intensity. With this additional base station, you can see what the weather is doing from both rooms! The base station also has a sleek, elegant design that was designed specially for BRESSER and fits in with all interior styles.
Monitor your indoor climate with an additional ClimateScout base station
In addition to the data from your outdoor sensors (not included), the additional base station also shows you indoor measurements. Is mould likely to develop in your bathroom? Is the air in your baby's bedroom too dry? Simply place the additional station in the corresponding location and the built-in sensor will show you the indoor temperature (°C/°F), humidity and air pressure. Happy or sad smiley, with or without drops: Thanks to the graphical indoor climate indicator, you can quickly ascertain the current comfort level and take appropriate action to improve your indoor climate. There is also a weather alarm, which allows you to set your desired maximum and minimum weather values independently of your other base station. Your additional base station will inform you when the temperature, humidity, rainfall, wind speed and other values reach your preset limits.
Radio-controlled clock
In addition to a modern design, the weather console also features a radio controlled clock that syncs the time via a DCF signal and automatically switches between winter and summer time. If you need an early start, the base station also has a built-in alarm. If you need a few extra minutes in bed, simply press the snooze button to silence the alarm for 5 minutes. During the winter, you can enable the frost alarm, which makes the alarm go off 30 minutes earlier when the outdoor temperature drops below -3 °C. The intuitive display also shows The day of the week, date and phases of the moon at the top of the screen.

Built-in alarm
The additional base station will help to give you a relaxing start to the day. It features a built-in alarm and a snooze button that silences the alarm to give you an extra few minutes in bed. The clock is synchronized automatically via the Internet to ensure that you won't be late to work. The modern LCD colour display can be viewed from any angle and shows you all relevant weather data including a weather forecast to help you decide what to wear for the day. The additional base station also displays a range of other useful data, including the perceived temperature, sunburn time, Beaufort level and historical data. The base station features a built-in sensor that measures the room humidity and temperature and stores the maximum and minimum values. This helps you to take action to prevent excessively dry air in winter and stop mould from forming in rooms with a high humidity, such as the kitchen. An optimal indoor climate is indicated by a smiley face on the graphical comfort indicator. If the display shows a frowning smiley, this indicates that you need to take action to improve the indoor climate.

Additional base station – more space for your weather data
In addition to displaying data, the additional base station can also take its own measurements of the ambient indoor conditions. Thanks to the built-in sensor, it can measure the indoor temperature, humidity and air pressure for your current location. It also features a comfort indicator for the indoor climate. When a smiley face is displayed, no action is needed. Otherwise, you’ll need to monitor the conditions or take action to prevent mildew or dry air.
Of course, the additional base station also displays all important data on the sun, wind and other weather conditions that you’re used to seeing from your solar weather station. For example, measurements such as the perceived temperature, sunburn time in minutes and the Beaufort index can help you to choose the right clothes before heading out for the day. There is also a maximum/minimum memory to give an overview of the recent weather conditions.

The base station is ideal for bedrooms – thanks to the built-in alarm with snooze function, you’re guaranteed to wake up on time. A base station in the living room and one in the bedroom, giving you an ideal overview whichever room you’re in.
The BRESSER base station works with the BRESSER 5-in-1 Weather Station (item number: 7002550CM3000) as well as many other BRESSER weather station. (For compatibility, see below).
The clearly structured display on the base station also displays a range of historical data. It enables internal storage and evaluation of the measured data over a 24-hour period. Using the measured data, the weather station calculates a very reliable local weather trend forecast for the next 12 hours, which is indicated on the display by six graphical symbols. There is a programmable alarm function for maximum and minimum values, which can emit an acoustic alarm and light signal if either value is reached. A special frost/ice warning alarm can also be configured for outdoor temperatures from -3 °C.
A poor indoor climate can pose a particular health risk for children and the elderly. The BRESSER 5-in-1 Weather Station offers a smart feature to help tackle this. The indoor climate indicator uses symbols to visualise the current status of the indoor climate. In addition, the BRESSER 5-in-1 Weather Station also offers radio-controlled time and date setting (DCF time signal). The current central European time (CET) and date with day will be displayed within a few minutes of the device being switched on. For the moonstruck, the display also indicates the various phases of the moon. A wake function with snooze function is also included.
