All good things must come to an end and after 13 years of running the Telescope House Prizedraw, we've made the difficult decision to end it. We'd like to thank all of you who have diligently checked your numbers on a weekly basis over the years, congratulate our winners and commiserate with those whose numbers didn't come up. While we appreciate this will be disappointing for many of you, we will still be running promotions, the occasional competition - and of course our ever-popular Telescope House Monthly Sky guide - via our regular weekly emails, so we hope to stay connected to with you on a regular basis. We're also exploring a new, more high-tech prize draw for the future, and we’ll keep you posted when that happens!

Prize Draw Terms & Conditions. If you have a Telescope House Prize Card you are automatically entered in our Weekly Free Prize Draw. To qualify for the draw you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years of age - Prizedraw cards are not sent out in orders dispatched outside the UK. We regret it is not possible to dispatch prizes won overseas free of charge.
The winning numbers are published on our site every Week and are produced with a random number generator. If you are a winner you must notify us as soon as possible. You can email us to let us know you have a winning card to sales@telescopehouse.com, or call us on 01342 837 098 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). Once you've contacted us, we will require you to send us your winning card as proof of your win. PLEASE SEND YOUR WINNING CARD TO OUR OFFICES AT: TELESCOPE HOUSE, 3G EDEN HOUSE, ENTERPRISE WAY, EDENBRIDGE, TN8 6HF ADDRESS AND NOT OUR PREVIOUS ADDRESSES. We recommend using recorded delivery for this to avoid delays and so you have proof of posting. You can of course visit us in person to claim your prize, but we ask that you kindly inform us of your intention of turn up in person, before you attempt to do so, as some prizes may not be available to pickup at our offices. We are unable to accept any responsibility for any loss of your claim in the post and if the prize remains unclaimed it will be withdrawn from the draw after seven days. No purchase required. If you have won a prize, your card is still valid and will be entered in future draws.
To get your prize card there is no purchase necessary you can visit us in person or any event we attend, we often include cards with mail order items too. You can send a self addressed envelope to the above office address to obtain your prize card. Prizes can be collected from us or delivered free of charge within the mainland UK.
We reserve the right to end or change the draw and/or prize specification without prior notice.
