The angle of the new multi arm can be adjusted, allowing you to observe at the zenith - including with longer telescopes. In addition to these new functions, the mount also comes with the other tried-and-tested features of the Porta series, such as a slip clutch and fine adjustment. Easy to adjust The telescope can be moved by hand in all directions and is held in position by a slip clutch. This allows you to adjust the telescope to your desired object with ease. The angle of the new multi arm can be adjusted, allowing you to observe at the zenith - including with longer telescopes. The angle of the multi arm can be adjusted in 15-degree steps. The multi arm system also enables you to collapse the mount for easy transport and storage, e.g. in the Telescope and Tripod Bag 100 (item no. 35655). Vixen dovetail standard mount As with all Vixen mounts, the MOBILE PORTA mount uses the Vixen world standard dovetail adapter for the telescope connection.
