FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
The symbol flashes when the air pressure drops sharply within a short period of time. This indicates that a storm or strong winds are very likely approaching. As soon as the air pressure stabilizes, the flashing will stop automatically – it therefore serves as a storm warning.
Please proceed as follows:
Tips:
- Remove all batteries from the base station and the outdoor sensor.
- Wait at least 3–10 minutes.
- Insert the batteries into the base station.
- Once the indoor temperature is displayed, insert the batteries into the outdoor sensor.
The signal should now be detected and the outdoor temperature displayed.
Tips:
- If problems occur, replace all batteries with fresh, non-rechargeable brand batteries. Different battery types or charge levels may cause interference.
- Do not place the base station near other electronic devices (this may interfere with reception).
- If necessary, choose a different location for the base station.
If pressing the “DCF” button on the back does not help, reset the station:
- Briefly press the reset button on the back with a pen
- If necessary, place the station closer to a window, as reception inside buildings may be limited

Whether you want to explore the night sky or make terrestrial observations during the day, the BRESSER NightExplorer 15x70 astronomy binoculars will ensure that you are perfectly equipped for all your outdoor adventures. The extra large lens diameter of 70 mm lets a large amount of light into the binoculars, while the 15x magnification ensures that you obtain highly detailed images of your observed targets. Focusing

The binoculars also have a close focus, which you can set from a distance of 10 metres or more for close-up observations of your immediate surroundings.

Thanks to the foldable eyecups, you can set the optimal distance between your eyes and the ocular lenses. If you wear glasses, this allows you to see the entire field of view of the Porro-prism binoculars. There is also a dioptre compensation of +/-8, which you can use to compensate for small differences in vision between your eyes.
Weatherproof and robust
Thanks to their waterproof design, the binoculars can be used in wet or foggy weather conditions, as water and moisture cannot enter the housing. The binoculars are filled with argon to stop the optics from fogging up. In addition, the ergonomic armouring provides a secure grip and protects the binoculars against impacts and knocks, making them ideal to travel with.

The modern Wi-Fi weather station with a solar-powered sensor obtains the forecast data via the Internet from the ProWeatherLive platform. The weather station comes with a solar-powered outdoor sensor, which is powered by solar energy and measures temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, precipitation, UV level and light intensity. Simply align the large solar panel with the sun according to your location. The measuring device needs about 4 hours of direct sunlight (100,000 lux) a day. There isn’t much sun around? Simply insert 3 AA batteries (not included) as a back-up during installation, and they will take care of the power supply. All the measurements will appear on the screen of the base station, which can be located up to 150 metres away.

The base station of the 6-day 4CAST PRO SF weather station features a stylish design and displays the data received from the solar-powered sensor. It also takes its own readings via the built-in thermo/hygro sensor, which measures the ambient indoor temperature, humidity and air pressure. Together with the maximum/minimum memory, this enables you to keep an eye on the indoor climate and effectively prevent mildew and excessively dry air. Outdoor temperature, precipitation and more – you can also view the maximum/minimum readings for the other measurements made by the solar-powered sensor.
