How Temperature Measurement Helps Save Energy

The new design of the National Geographic Colour Display Weather-Station impresses with an excellent performance and excellent value for money. The weather station combines a compact design with a comprehensive information service. The new, unique colour display offers clear information and an ideal overview in an elegant design.
The multifunctional outdoor sensor with its very compact design can be set up in almost any location. A pipe clamp and screws for attachment to masts (pipe diameter approx. 25-33 mm) as well as a stand for level mounting are already included in the scope of delivery!
The 5-in-1 outdoor sensor reliably transmits measured values for wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature and amount of precipitation to the base station. On the display of the base station not only these values, but also a variety of history data can be read. The latter enables the internal storage and evaluation of the measurement data over a period of 24 hours. From the collected measurement data, the weather station calculates a very reliable local weather trend forecast for the next 12 hours, which is shown on the display by six graphic symbols. An alarm can be individually programmed for maximum and minimum values, which triggers both an acoustic and a light signal when the specified value is reached. For outside temperatures from -3 °C, a special frost/ice warning alarm can also be activated. A poor indoor climate can pose health risks, especially for children and elderly people. The National Geographic Weather Station also offers a smart feature for this purpose. The room climate indicator always informs about the room climate by means of a symbol.

And you don’t need to buy the whole product! This 5-in-1 external sensor is the perfect replacement part for your weather centre. It takes no time to install: Establish the power supply, take the mounting materials from the packaging and fit the wireless sensor at your preferred spot as normal. The existing base station will connect to the replacement external sensor automatically as normal. And if the two devices can’t find one another? You can manually intervene: Simply press the WiFi/SENSOR button on the base station and it will start to search for the new wireless sensor. Once connected, the local measured values for wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature and precipitation will be transmitted via 868 MHz to your colour display.

Maintaining an optimal humidity level is an essential part of creating a healthy indoor climate. Mould or excessively dry air are bad for your health. The additional base station allows you to keep track of the humidity levels in an additional room. The indoor climate indicator uses symbols to visualise the current status of the indoor climate. In addition, the BRESSER 5-in-1 Weather Station also offers radio-controlled time and date setting (DCF time signal). The current central European time (CET) and date with day will be displayed within a few minutes of the device being switched on. For the moonstruck, the display also indicates the various phases of the moon. A wake function with snooze function is also included.

Place one base station in the living room and one in the bedroom to give you an ideal overview whichever room you're in.
The BRESSER base station works with the BRESSER 5-in-1 Weather Station 7002580 as well as many other BRESSER weather stations that operate on a frequency of 868 MHz. (For compatibility, see below).
The clearly structured display on the base station also shows a range of historical data. It enables internal storage and evaluation of the measured data over a 24-hour period. Using the measured data, the weather station calculates a very reliable local weather trend forecast for the next 12 hours, which is indicated on the display by six graphical symbols. There is a programmable alarm function for maximum and minimum values, which can emit an acoustic alarm and light signal if either value is reached. A special frost/ice warning alarm can also be configured for outdoor temperatures below -3 °C.
