An Etalon with mechanical tilt-tuning provides <0.7 Angstrom bandwidth.Fine adjustment is achieved with a 1.25 inch Helical focuser. Blocking-filter is the B600, this is very good for visual observation of the sun. The star diagonal in which the blocking filter is installed, is equipped as standard for 1.25 inch eyepiece connection.The easy handling makes this telescope ideal for starting H-Alpha solar observation. Due to its compact dimensions it is also a good travel telescope for the experienced solar observers.The LS40THa telescopes are available with choice of B500, B600 or B1200 blocking filters. The larger blocking filters provide less edge obstruction and a larger field of view for visual observation and photography. Please note that these telescopes have only a very small back focus and therefore photography is difficult. A very compact, complete telescope for observing the sun in H-alpha light.The LS50THa solar telescope offers 50 mm free aperture, 350 mm focal length, and provides a bandwidth of <0.75 Angstrom. The telescope is fitted as standard with the air-pressure tuning system "Pressure-Tuner", the Etalon is safely installed inside the telescope. Prominences and surface detail can quickly be viewed spontaneously. This very portable system is an ideal travel companion for wherever you go.A B600 blocking filter is installed inside the star diagonal. The B600 offers a larger field of view than the smaller B400 and is very good for visual solar observing. Focusing is achieved by a non-roting Helical focuser.Please note that there is only a small back-focus at this telescope, therefore solar-imaging is very difficult. The LS50THa is designed for visual solar observing. We recommend for imaging the 60mm telescopes of the LS60MT series.Also double-stacking with a bandwidth of only <0.5 Angstrom is possible by using the additional available LS50C filter (0550210). This filter threads directly onto the LS50THa telescope. Double-stack filter for LS40THa telescopes. The bandwidth of H-alpha systems can be reduced by so-called "double-stacking". A smaller bandwidth provides much more contrast at the solar surface, thereby many more details will become visible. Double-stacking with a bandwidth of only <0.55 Angstrom is also possible at the LS40THa telescopes. Therefore Lunt Solar Systems has especially designed this LS40FHa double-stack filter in compact housing. The Analyth STR Trino has 3 different objective magnifications that can be changed simply by turning the objective. This means that the magnifications 10x, 20x and 40x can be changed directly. The stereo design shows structured objects particularly vividly and three-dimensionally. The low,10x initial magnification is particularly suitable for working with children. Objects up to 20mm in size can be viewed in their entirety. The Analyth STR is therefore particularly flexible to use. It is suitable for insects, plants, minerals and much more and has its areas of application in hobby, school and work. The stereomicroscope can be used for quality control, in horticulture and agriculture, for hydrology and much more. The trinocular tube enables the comfortable connection of a camera.
