Product information "LUNT Adapter-Plate LS50/60FHa for up to 80mm Ø"

Adapter plate for mounting a LUNT LS50FHa or LS60FHa front-filter at a telescope with up to 80mm front outer diameter.

With this adapter you can mount a LS50FHa or LS60FHa at your existing astronomical telescope with up to 80mm outer diameter, in order to use this telescope for solar observing in H-alpha. The adapter is plugged onto the front of your telescope, and the filter can be screwed onto the adapter.

PLEASE NOTE:
This article no. 0557410 gives only the price for a complete range of different adapter-plates up to 80mm diameter. The real adapter-plate will be manufactured exactly for your telescope. Therefore we need the exact outside diameter of your telescope or the dew shield!
When ordering, you will find a field for comments, please note there the appropriate diameter!
Then we will manufacture a adapter-plate for the diameter that you have noted. Manufacturing time will be 2 to 3 weeks.

LUNT O-ring 34mm for Pressure-Tuner at MT & THa solar telescopes

Spare part for Pressure-Tuner of MT and THa series H-alpha solar telescopes from LUNT SOLAR SYSTEMSTwo rubber O-rings are installed into the Pressure-Tuner of Lunt Solar Systems solar telescopes to seal the air-pressure tuning system. Over time, the rubber of this O-rings can age and become porous, whereby the air-pressure can then no longer be maintained. When this happens, a old O-ring can be replaced by this spare part. The replacement is simple and can be done by the user. Installation instructions can be found here under the tab "Manuals" as a PDF file for download.Please be sure to note:Depending on the production series, the diameters of the Pressure-Tuner pistons can vary slightly. There are pistons for O-rings with 32mm inner diameter and 40mm outer diameter, and pistons for O-rings with 34mm inner diameter and 42mm outer diameter. LUNT O-ring for Pressure-Tuner at LS50THa solar telescopes

Spare part for Pressure-Tuner of LS50THa H-alpha solar telescopes from LUNT SOLAR SYSTEMSA rubber O-ring is installed into the Pressure-Tuner of Lunt Solar Systems LS50THa solar telescopes to seal the air-pressure tuning system. Over time, the rubber of this O-ring can age and become porous, whereby the air-pressure can then no longer be maintained. When this happens, the old O-ring can be replaced by this spare part. The replacement is simple and can be done by the user. Installation instructions can be found here under the tab "Manuals" as a PDF for download.After replacing the O-ring, the piston and cylinder of the Pressure-Tuner can be re-greased with grease available under part number 0558350.Please note that this spare part can only be used on the Lunt Solar Systems LS50THa H-alpha solar telescopes. At very cold temperatures, blocking filters may no longer work accurately central in the H-alpha wavelength, which means that the details on the sun become less visible.
