The spotting scopes of the BRESSER Spektar series feature compact dimensions and a specially designed quick-focus system. These features make them useful especially for nature observation and birding on journeys or while hiking. Due to the moderate magnification range of 15-45x, the handy BRESSER Spektar can be used without the necessity of a tripod. Placing it on a parapet, a branch, etc. is usually sufficient. But what about weather trends? After all, you can only decide whether the garden hose needs to be rolled out again if you know the amount of rain that has fallen in the past few hours. The detailed display adds a wealth of measurements to the start screen, such as the amount of rain during the last hour, 24 hours and the last month.However, when it comes to your local weather history, the weather station can do much more: You can also check the daily max. and min. values on the display, either in a table or a graph. If this isn't detailed enough, you can use the data log function, which records measurements at intervals of 5, 10 or 30 minutes. View your weather data in more rooms with additional sensors The weather station comes with a 7-in-1 sensor and a thermo/hygro outdoor sensor. Have you ever turned up the heating in winter, only to discover that the air literally dries out? Regardless of the answer, it's always worth keeping an eye on the indoor climate in different rooms. If you have an outdoor pool, you can use a pool thermometer (not included) to check that the water is at an optimal temperature. You can usually see the number 0.17 which is the thickness in millimeters. For demanding applications in the laboratory, or for microphotography, using cover glasses with the desired thickness and high quality is necessary.The cover glasses included in the set are made of Boro 3.3 glass and are standardized to a thickness of 0.16-0.19mm. So they match the desired 0.17mm really good and give the best possible image quality. These Boro 3.3 cover glasses are pure white, without streaks and are pre-cleaned and ready to use. They are also especially suitable for fluorescence microscopy.The slides are made of soda lime glass, and have ground edges for safe handling. They have a matte field for writing on both sides (top and bottom). Slides and cover glasses are packed separately and in a vacuum sealed bag, containing moisture absorbent. They can be stored for a long time without loss of quality from hydrolysis and are easy to take out.
