Product information "BRESSER Science Infinity Microscope"
The New BRESSER Science Infinity is the new top of the range of the biology microscope series by BRESSER. It is based on infinitely corrected planachromatic objective lenses with superb image quality. Because of the modern design and optics the installation of accessories is very simple and one has many options. The WF 10x eyepieces offer a large visual field of 22mm and are also suitable for spectacle wearers. For protection purposes the eyepieces are rubber coated. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted from ca. 55mm to 75mm. Dioptre adjustments are possible with both eyepieces.

The bright and durable LED illumination is dimmable and also very practical for darkfield microscopy*.

The Full Köhler illumination is adjustable with the built-in luminous-field diaphragm and the vertically and horizontally adjustable Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25, with iris diaphragm). An imprint of the different possible magnifications on the condenser makes the adjustment of the iris diaphragm very fast and precise.

Coaxial pinions drive the stage and focus which enables ergonomic operation of the microscope.
The trinocular tube enables the direct attachment of a c-mount camera or MikroCam.

BRESSER Set Microscope Slides
Slides and cover glasses are an indispensable accessory which has also impact on the image quality. For most biological microscopes, the cover glass thickness is an important optical parameter, which is therefore included in the optical design and, if so, printed on the sleeve of every objective. You can usually see the number 0.17 which is the thickness in millimeters. For demanding applications in the laboratory, or for microphotography, using cover glasses with the desired thickness and high quality is necessary. The cover glasses included in the set are made of Boro 3.3 glass and are standardized to a thickness of 0.16-0.19mm. So they match the desired 0.17mm really good and give the best possible image quality. These Boro 3.3 cover glasses are pure white, without streaks and are pre-cleaned and ready to use. They are also especially suitable for fluorescence microscopy. The slides are made of soda lime glass, and have ground edges for safe handling. They have a matte field for writing on both sides (top and bottom). Slides and cover glasses are packed separately and in a vacuum sealed bag, containing moisture absorbent. They can be stored for a long time without loss of quality from hydrolysis and are easy to take out.

BRESSER MikroCam II 20 MP 1'' Microscope Camera
The BRESSER MikroCam II 20 MP 1’’ microscope camera is the professional solution when it comes to microscope imaging. This camera has a big 1’’ sensor (image area 13.6 x 8.8 mm); this is the biggest sensor of the MikroCam camera range. With this camera it is possible to document roughly the same field of view as it can be seen through the eyepiece (e.g. when using a 10x / 22mm). Other models will cover only 50% or less of the eyepiece field of view. The Sony IMX183 CMOS-sensor is very sensitive and has extremely low image noise, which makes this camera especially suitable for contrast methods like dark field or phase contrast. The MikroCam Lab II software comes with a wide range of professional functions, e.g. measurements in live view (calibration slide needed), mosaic, Focus-Stacking (for improved depth of field). All automatic functions (exposure time, gain, white balance etc) can be adjusted manually as well. Due to the big sensor size the camera will not work with all microscope models. It might be possible that the optics will not illuminate the full sensor, so you experience vignetting. Usually this can be resolved by using the optional 1x optical adapter (item no. 5914001). Please note that this camera model is not suitable for the stereo microscope BRESSER Science ETD-201. It will cover only a small field of view. BRESSER Darkfield Condenser dry (Infinity/TFM)
The BRESSER dark field condenser dry (Infitiy/TFM) directs the light to the side of the specimen. It increases the contrast of the specimen considerably, especially with highly transparent specimens. This type of illumination makes the observed object appear bright, against an almost black background. In this way, structures can be detected that are hardly visible in the bright field. The dark field condenser dry (Infitiy/TFM) is suitable for lenses that do not require oil immersion. FEATURES Contrast increase intensification of colors Details that are hardly visible in the brightfield can be recognized much better Suitable for lenses without oil immersion The condenser is compatible with the following BRESSER microscopes:5750900 Science TFM-3015760700 Science Infinity SCOPE OF DELIVERY 1x Dark Field Condenser

BRESSER MikroCamII 9MP 4K 1'' Microscope Camera
Capture 4K video with the BRESSER MikroCamII 9MP 4K microscope camera. The video can be up to 30 fps depending on the PC used. The camera uses a global shutter, which captures moving objects without distortion. The big image sensor (14.13 x 7.45mm) captures a big field of view. The high light sensitivity of the Sony® IMX305 CMOS-sensor produces excellent images even when using darkfield or phase contrast. The BRESSER MikroCamLabII software includes a variety of useful functions, e.g. measuring in live mode (optional calibration slide needed), mosaic/stitching, focus stacking (for extended depth of field). All camera parameters (exposure time, gain, white balance) can be set manually.Mosaic and focus stacking can be done in live mode, which gives instant results even for unexperienced users. The method is also much faster than the normal procedure where a set of images is rendered afterwards. To use the mosaic function in live mode, a crosstable / mechanical desk is highly recommended to move the sample. The big camera sensor is not compatible with all microscope models. It might lead  to vignetting (dark edges). To compensate this, a 1.0x optical adapter (item code 5914001) is recommended. This camera will not work with the ETD-201 stereo microscope as the microscope will illuminate only a part of the sensor. For this microscope, we recommend the model MikroCamII 12MP item code 5914912.

Vixen SD81SII Telescope OTA
A new 81 mm apochromatic refractor with high-performance Super ED glass (= SD). The advantage of these SD refractors is their short length and low weight. The FPL53 glass reproduces an extremely clear and sharp image due to an exceptionally high elimination of residual colour errors. The SD glass is designed to bring all rays of violet, red, blue, yellow and green together very precisely on the same plane. Thus, the special lens material reduces chromatic aberration across all colours. The new Vixen SD81SII no longer uses spacer plates, which leads to significantly better image quality, especially with bright stars. This means that there are no more spikes on the stars in photographic images, which were otherwise produced by the spacer plates. You will be thrilled when you look at the moon or the brighter planets and observe the moon craters pin sharp and with an extremely high contrast. Observe the ring planet Saturn or the cloud bands on Jupiter. But of course, brighter deep sky objects such as the Orion Nebula or the Andromeda Galaxy can also be observed impressively. In combination with the new optional SD Reducer HD Kit or SD Flattener HD, this refractor allows illumination with a 44 mm image circle for full-frame SLR cameras. The older ED81SII, ED103S, ED115S refractors were originally designed for the visual observer or the photographer using APS-C cameras. However, the new SD series has been optimised for use with full-frame cameras by inserting new inner baffle rings. The large 60 mm focuser allows heavy cameras to be attached without tilting. The supplied flip mirror allows comfortable observation, even in unfavourable observation situations, and also offers a T2 thread for connecting a DSLR camera. Thus, observing in degree view or at a 90° angle is possible. The carrying handle attached to the tube clamps ensures a secure hold when transporting the telescope.FEATURESObjective Lens: D=81 mm, multi-coated 2-Lens SD Apochromat without spacer plates No more spikes on the stars Focal Length: 625 mm (f7.7) Resolution and visual limit: 1.43 arcseconds; 11.3 Mag Light gathering capacity: 134x unaided eyesDimensions and weight: 90 mm dia x 585 mm, 3.6 kg Finderscope: XY Red Dot Finder II Adapter and connections: Adapter thread 60 mm and 31.7 mm for T2-ringConnection 50.8 mm and 31.7 mm socket with flip-mirror diagonal mirrorPhotography: primary focus and eyepiece projection SCOPE OF DELIVERY Refractor telescope SD81SII Tube rings Flip mirror system Carrying handle Dovetail rail Red dot viewfinder
