In addition, the date and time is set automatically via a DCF signal (a manual setting is also possible). The weather station comes with a wireless thermometer, which measures the outdoor temperature and sends readings to the base station at a range of up to 100 metres. The outdoor thermometer also features a built-in display so that you can check the temperature directly from your garden or balcony without having to go indoors.
