With the BRESSER PM 2.5 / PM 10 particulate meter, you can take control of monitoring the air quality. The European limits and WHO recommendations for air quality are regularly exceeded, especially in big cities. Heavy traffic, industry and agriculture significantly increase the concentration of particulate matter. To let you know when the air quality is poor, the particulate meter's wireless sensor takes precise measurements of two types of particulate matter that can be harmful to your health: Particles with a diameter of less than 10 μm (PM10) and less than 2.5 μm (PM2.5). The excellent sensor made by the renowned Swiss manufacturer Sensirion guarantees very precise measurement results. Thus, the particulate meter is also the perfect source of information for people with allergies in order to keep an eye on the pollen count. And you don't need to be an expert in order to determine whether the readings are within a healthy range: The air quality index shows you in 6 colour-coded levels whether the air is clean. Historical air quality data The damage that air pollution does to our health doesn't happen overnight.
