Thanks to the high frame rate of the MikroCam SF series, you can record smooth and fluid videos. The built-in Sony sensors deliver excellent image quality, vibrant colours, and impressive dynamic range. The included software supports multiple languages, including German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, and Turkish. The MikroCamLabII software offers a wide range of features. Essential settings like exposure time and sensitivity can be adjusted automatically or manually. One of the standout features is focus stacking, which increases depth of field, as well as tools for creating mosaics and panoramas. Both functions can be used with a pre-recorded image series or directly in live view. With live focus stacking (EDF), the MikroCamLabII software can produce razor-sharp images in just minutes. As you adjust the focus on your microscope, the software automatically builds a perfectly sharp final image—no extra steps needed. This allows you to achieve stunning, high-quality results in no time.  The built-in measurement function* helps you determine dimensions or overlay a scale. With just a few clicks, you can measure distances, angles, or areas. Advanced tools even allow for precise measurements of circles (including area and radius) and complex polygons. Measurements can be performed on both captured images and live view. The MikroCamLabII software also includes powerful algorithms for automated image analysis, such as particle counting and surface evaluation. The camera body features a C-mount thread, making it compatible with microscopes from a variety of manufacturers. The MikroCam MINI Full HD HDMI is a very compact HDMI camera. No PC or laptop is needed to use it, simply connect to a monitor, TV, beamer or smartboard. This makes the camera especially suited for teaching. As a plus, you can also mount the BRESSER HDMI display (item no. 5914120) directly on the camera. Connection via HDMI is easy and the camera is ready to go instantly. No software installation, PC setup etc. is necessary. The lossless data transfer ensures a good image quality and the image is lag free and with a constant high framerate of 60fps. This is especially helpful when digitizing a microscope workplace in QC or production With the included mouse, you can control the camera via 3 distinctive on screen menus (camera control, settings, measurements). To calibrate measurements, please add a calibration slide (e.g. item no. 5916720). The camera is well suited for presentations, lectures etc. because upon startup it is working directly in auto mode with no user input. The camera does not have a start button, it is working directly after power up. Menus and mouse icon are not visible if the mouse is not connected. Please note that this camera does not allow direct PC connection via USB. For this, an HDMI-to-USB video capture device is required. The USB port is used for mouse control and for connecting a USB stick to save images. Now, the successful and proven Researcher series makes the step into the digital microscopy world and offers new options for microscopy in schools, for hobby or work. The optics and mechanics is the same as already well estabished in the Researcher Bino and Researcher Trino microscopes. Incuding 4 DIN objectives, Abbe condenser, coaxial fine focus and crosstable, the Researcher LCD is suitable for use in the microscopy hobby as well as in teaching or other work related applications. The highest magnification when using the 60x objective (compares to 600x on non digital microscopes) is high enough to view small microorganisms as microalgae, flagellates and bacteria. Other magnifications (20x, 100x oil) can be added later. The Researcher LCD is also compatible with our plan-achromatic objectives designed for 160mm optical tube length.The integrated, modern Sony camerasensor IMX206 with 16MP gives a brilliant image with good contrast on the monitor. The user can change settings and capture images and video conveniently with the touch screen. Images with 16MP and Full HD video can be stored directly on SD card (SD card not supplied). The microscope also has a HDMI connection, so the image is easily shown on a big monitor, TV, beamer or smartboard. The results can be shared with a bigger audience in lectures or teaching.
