The NEW BRESSER Science Infinity microscope is the new flagship model of Bresser's biological microscope series. It features infinity-corrected planachromatic objectives with excellent image quality. The contemporary optical design allows for great flexibility when connecting accessories such as cameras.
The WF 10x eyepieces have a large field of view of 22 mm and are also ideal for glasses wearers. For protection, the eyepieces are equipped with a rubberized surface. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted from approximately 55 mm to approximately 75 mm. A diopter adjustment is possible with both eyepieces.
The strong and durable LED illumination is adjustable and is also very suitable for contrast methods*.
The Köhler illumination is adjustable with the fixed built-in aperture and the height-adjustable and centering Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25; with iris diaphragm). The condenser also features a printout of the various magnifications, allowing for quick and precise adjustment of the iris diaphragm.
The coaxial drives of the stage adjustment and the coarse and fine focusing enable ergonomic working.
The trinocular port allows for the direct connection of a C-Mount camera or MikroCam.

The BRESSER MikroCam SF cameras are excellent for capturing photos and videos with a microscope. This allows for easy documentation of observations on objects and sharing with others. The high frame rate of the MikroCam SF series enables the creation of videos with smooth image flow. The built-in Sony sensors provide good image quality, color reproduction, and dynamics.
The included software supports the following languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Turkish.
The MikroCamLabII software offers a wide range of functions. Essential functions (e.g., exposure time and sensitivity) can be controlled automatically or manually.
Very convenient are the functions for so-called focus stacking (for high depth of field) and the creation of a mosaic or panorama. These two functions can be performed with a previously recorded image series or directly from the live view. The creation of sharp images using live focus stacking (EDF) is possible with the MikroCamLabII software in just a few minutes. While you focus at the microscope, the software gradually builds the finished, completely sharp result image without further intervention. This way, you get impressive, sharp image results in no time.
The measurement function* included in the software helps you determine sizes or display a scale. You can measure distances, angles, or areas with just a few clicks. Extensive functions support you, e.g., measuring circles with area and radius or complex polygons.
Measurements can be performed in the captured image or in the live image. The MikroCamLabII software also includes extensive algorithms for automated image analysis, e.g., for particle counting or area evaluation.
The housing features a C-Mount connection thread and can therefore be used with microscopes from various manufacturers. We are happy to advise you on which MikroCam is optimally suited for your microscope.
For use on devices with a 23.2 mm receptacle, an optional reducing optic 0.5x (Art. No. 5914015 (fixed), Art. No. 5914005 (variable)) is available. For special applications, e.g., with a C-Mount objective, the camera can also be mounted on the integrated 1/4" tripod thread.
*For calibration of the measurement function, a suitable measuring tool is required, e.g.: Art. No. 5916710 or 5916720.

The BRESSER dark field condenser dry (Infitiy/TFM) directs the light to the side of the specimen. It increases the contrast of the specimen considerably, especially with highly transparent specimens.
This type of illumination makes the observed object appear bright, against an almost black background. In this way, structures can be detected that are hardly visible in the bright field. The dark field condenser dry (Infitiy/TFM) is suitable for lenses that do not require oil immersion.

Ideal fields of application for this very solidly manufactured instrument include metallography (e.g. polished sections of metals and alloys), mineralogy, precision mechanics, electronics, and the semiconductor industry; it is suitable for scientific research and teaching as well as industrial production (e.g. quality control). According to its purpose, the MTL 201 features a very large stage (250 mm x 230 mm), which can be roughly moved with a handle and finely adjusted with cross and longitudinal drives. For perfect focusing, coarse and fine focus (coaxial; approx. 70 µm/turn) are available. The reflected light illumination is provided by a halogen bulb (20 W) with adjustable light intensity through the objective. A centring field diaphragm, a selection of filters (yellow, green, blue, matte), and a polariser/analyser combination are available to the observer. The five-position turret is equipped with planachromatic DIN objectives (5x, 10x, 20x, 40x, 80x). The trinocular microscope head carries the eyepiece tubes inclined at 30° and the photo tube. The screen delivers brilliant images without artefacts, as the display has the same resolution as the camera's output image. With the set of MikroCam and HDMI display, almost any trinocular microscope with camera connection can be upgraded to a digital microscope. This allows observation independently of a PC.The size of the display is optimally chosen so that the microscope user can microscope as usual and simultaneously view the image on the monitor. The display provides optimal image quality with a wide viewing angle of 178°! Thus, several people can view the image without loss of quality.The microscope camera image is displayed on the HDMI screen always without delay and with a high refresh rate of 60 FPS. Display via HDMI microscope camera on an HDMI monitor is therefore usually of better quality than using a USB camera on a laptop or PC.
