Product information "BRESSER Microscope Science Infinity with MikroCam PRO HDMI Autofocus camera and HDMI Full HD screen (13.3")"
The Microscope in Detail
The NEW BRESSER Science Infinity microscope is the new flagship model of Bresser's biological microscope series. It features infinity-corrected planachromatic objectives with excellent image quality. Thanks to the contemporary optical design, you have great flexibility when connecting accessories such as cameras.
The WF 10x eyepieces have a large field of view of 22 mm and are also ideal for glasses wearers. For protection, the eyepieces are equipped with a rubberized surface. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted from approximately 55 mm to approximately 75 mm. A diopter adjustment is possible with both eyepieces.
The strong and durable LED illumination is adjustable and is also very suitable for contrast methods*.
The Köhler illumination is adjustable with the built-in aperture diaphragm and the height-adjustable and centering Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25; with iris diaphragm). The condenser also features a printout of the various magnifications, allowing for quick and precise adjustment of the iris diaphragm.
The coaxial drives of the stage adjustment and the coarse and fine focusing enable ergonomic working.
The trinocular port allows for the direct connection of a C-Mount camera or MikroCam.

The Microscope Camera in Detail
The BRESSER MikroCam PRO HDMI Autofocus impresses with its excellent image quality while being user-friendly. It delivers the microscope image live and without delay as an HDMI signal with Full HD resolution to a monitor or TV. An optional 11'' HDMI monitor (Art. No. 5914110) can be directly mounted on the camera, providing brilliant and high-contrast images. Due to its very high light sensitivity, good image quality is ensured even in low light. This model is especially recommended for dark field or phase contrast.
The autofocus allows for optimal focusing of the camera without using the microscope's focusing wheels. This ensures parfocality on various trinocular microscopes. The focusable range extends from the 0 position, corresponding to the C-Mount distance, through a maximum forward focus of 5.4 mm, thus also reaching the CS-Mount distance, and additionally up to 10.6 mm inward to cover an even larger range. Besides autofocus, the camera can also be manually focused using a mouse. Focus adjustment to a specific area is also possible.
The operation of the camera functions is done via mouse directly on the on-screen menu. Measurements can be performed through the on-screen menu, turning your microscope with the MikroCam Pro HDMI Autofocus into a fully functional digital measuring microscope.
The MikroCam PRO HDMI Autofocus offers a variety of applications, including:
- Documentation
- Evaluation
- Analysis
- Presentation
- Quality control
- Automation
- Machine vision
Additionally, the camera can also provide the microscope view in a wireless network via a WiFi module. When connected via HDMI, images and videos can be recorded directly on an SD card (not included). However, a connection to a PC via USB is no longer provided for this model. For this, we recommend the MikroCam Pro HDMI model 5914180.

The Display in Detail
The Full HD display is the ideal complement to the BRESSER MikroCam Pro HDMI and MINI HDMI
The display can be directly mounted on the camera with an adjustable holder. The screen delivers brilliant images without artifacts, as the display has the same resolution as the output image of the camera. With the set of MikroCam and HDMI display, almost any trinocular microscope with camera connection can be upgraded to a digital microscope. This allows observation independently of a PC.
The size of the display is optimally chosen so that the microscope user can microscope as usual while simultaneously viewing the image on the monitor. The display provides optimal image quality with a large viewing angle of 178°! Thus, multiple people can view the image without loss of quality.
The image from the microscope camera is displayed on the HDMI screen always without delay and with a high refresh rate of 60 FPS. The representation via HDMI microscope camera on an HDMI monitor is therefore usually of better quality than using a USB camera on a laptop or PC. This is particularly advantageous when work under microscopic control is to be carried out.
Many users also benefit from improved ergonomics when the image can be viewed on the HDMI display. Especially higher magnifications with their high numerical aperture are uncomfortable for eye problems such as floaters. Digital viewing can provide relief here.
The display can be powered with the included Y-cable using the same power supply as the camera. A suitable, short, angled HDMI cable is also included, preventing cable clutter at the workplace. The mounting on a MikroCam PRO or MINI is done using two screws. Screws and tools are included in the delivery.
