Product information "BRESSER Microscope Science ADL 601 P 50-600x with MikroCam PRO HDMI Autofocus camera"
The Microscope in Detail
The BRESSER Science ADL 601 P is a professional brightfield and darkfield microscope. The microscope base contains a Halogen brightfield illumination (20 W) as well as the power supply and the two continuously adjustable dimmers for brightfield and darkfield. The two trinocular microscope heads combine both illumination functions, as well as the possibilities for photography and binocular observation; the inclination of the eyepiece tubes is 30°. With the polarization attachment, material science or apparatus technical investigations can be carried out in research, teaching, and production. The halogen brightfield illumination (20 W), which passes through the objective onto the specimen, can be modified for special applications using a color filter wheel and a polarizer/analyzer combination. Overall, the BRESSER Microscope Science ADL 601P is a uniquely priced instrument that also features the further equipment typical for high-quality microscopes: four-objective revolver, cross table with transverse and longitudinal movement, coaxial focusing drives (fine: 200 µm/revolution), inter-pupillary distance and diopter adjustment, as well as a photo tube. Optional general accessories include wide-field eyepieces (WF10x, WF16x), measuring eyepiece (WF10x), various plan achromatic DIN objectives (e.g., 4x, 5x, 10x, 20x, 40x spring-loaded, 60x spring-loaded, 100x oil spring-loaded), the Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25; with iris diaphragm and additional lens), darkfield condensers (dry and oil), immersion oil, and a phase contrast device.
The Science ADL-601P combines a biological brightfield microscope with a darkfield microscope. This also allows for the examination of surfaces at the highest resolution!
SCOPE OF DELIVERY MICROSCOPE

The Microscope Camera in Detail
The BRESSER MikroCam PRO HDMI Autofocus impresses with its excellent image quality while being user-friendly. It delivers the microscope image live and without delay as an HDMI signal with Full HD resolution to a monitor or TV. An optional 11'' HDMI monitor (Art. No. 5914110) can be directly mounted on the camera and provides brilliant and high-contrast images. Due to its very high light sensitivity, a good image quality is ensured even in low light. Thus, this model is especially recommended for darkfield or phase contrast.
The autofocus allows for optimal focusing of the camera without using the microscope's focusing wheels. This ensures parfocality on various trinocular microscopes. The focusable range extends from the 0 position, corresponding to the C-Mount distance, through a maximum forward focus of 5.4 mm, thus also reaching the CS-Mount distance and additionally up to 10.6 mm inward to cover an even larger range. In addition to autofocus, the camera can also be manually focused using a mouse. A focus adjustment to a specific area is also possible.
The operation of the camera functions is done via mouse directly on the screen menu. Measurements can be performed via the screen menu, turning your microscope with the MikroCam Pro HDMI Autofocus into a fully-fledged digital measuring microscope.
The MikroCam PRO HDMI Autofocus offers a variety of applications, including:
- Documentation
- Evaluation
- Analysis
- Presentation
- Quality control
- Automation
- Machine vision
Additionally, the camera can also provide the microscope view in a wireless network via a WiFi module. If the camera is connected via HDMI, images and videos can be recorded directly on an SD card (not included). However, a connection to the PC via USB is no longer provided for this model. For this purpose, we recommend the MikroCam Pro HDMI model 5914180.
