The MikroCam MINI Full HD HDMI is a very compact HDMI camera. No PC or laptop is needed to use it, simply connect to a monitor, TV, beamer or smartboard. This makes the camera especially suited for teaching. As a plus, you can also mount the BRESSER HDMI display (item no. 5914120) directly on the camera. Connection via HDMI is easy and the camera is ready to go instantly. No software installation, PC setup etc. is necessary. The lossless data transfer ensures a good image quality and the image is lag free and with a constant high framerate of 60fps. This is especially helpful when digitizing a microscope workplace in QC or production With the included mouse, you can control the camera via 3 distinctive on screen menus (camera control, settings, measurements). To calibrate measurements, please add a calibration slide (e.g. item no. 5916720). The camera is well suited for presentations, lectures etc. because upon startup it is working directly in auto mode with no user input. The camera does not have a start button, it is working directly after power up. Menus and mouse icon are not visible if the mouse is not connected. Please note that this camera does not allow direct PC connection via USB. For this, an HDMI-to-USB video capture device is required. The USB port is used for mouse control and for connecting a USB stick to save images. Slides and cover glasses are an indispensable accessory which has also impact on the image quality. For most biological microscopes, the cover glass thickness is an important optical parameter, which is therefore included in the optical design and, if so, printed on the sleeve of every objective. You can usually see the number 0.17 which is the thickness in millimeters. For demanding applications in the laboratory, or for microphotography, using cover glasses with the desired thickness and high quality is necessary.The cover glasses included in the set are made of Boro 3.3 glass and are standardized to a thickness of 0.16-0.19mm. So they match the desired 0.17mm really good and give the best possible image quality. These Boro 3.3 cover glasses are pure white, without streaks and are pre-cleaned and ready to use. They are also especially suitable for fluorescence microscopy.The slides are made of soda lime glass, and have ground edges for safe handling. They have a matte field for writing on both sides (top and bottom). Slides and cover glasses are packed separately and in a vacuum sealed bag, containing moisture absorbent. They can be stored for a long time without loss of quality from hydrolysis and are easy to take out.

The BRESSER DIN PL Objective 60x, Infinity has a higher quality optics and thus achieves a particularly high resolution of the image. The plan correction ensures an smooth image field (no refocusing between the center and edge of the image field). Therefore especially recommended for photographic applications. The BRESSER 0.5x reduction lens is used to change the image field of a microscope camera. Itallows to zoom in or out. The brightness becomes more intensive, to reduce the exposure time.For trinocular microscopes the adapter allows to adjust the focus to get the same focus for every eyepiece. It is compatible with 23.2 mm eyepiece holders. This adapter is designed for cameras with sensor sizes from 1/2 " or 1/3". The connection is made via 1 " C-mount thread. The New BRESSER Science Infinity is the new top of the range of the biology microscope series by BRESSER. It is based on infinitely corrected planachromatic objective lenses with superb image quality. Because of the modern design and optics the installation of accessories is very simple and one has many options. The WF 10x eyepieces offer a large visual field of 22mm and are also suitable for spectacle wearers. For protection purposes the eyepieces are rubber coated. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted from ca. 55mm to 75mm. Dioptre adjustments are possible with both eyepieces.The bright and durable LED illumination is dimmable and also very practical for darkfield microscopy*.The Full Köhler illumination is adjustable with the built-in luminous-field diaphragm and the vertically and horizontally adjustable Abbe condenser (numerical aperture 1.25, with iris diaphragm).
