The Analyth STR Trino has 3 different objective magnifications that can be changed simply by turning the objective. This means that the magnifications 10x, 20x and 40x can be changed directly. The stereo design shows structured objects particularly vividly and three-dimensionally. The low,10x initial magnification is particularly suitable for working with children. Objects up to 20mm in size can be viewed in their entirety. The Analyth STR is therefore particularly flexible to use. It is suitable for insects, plants, minerals and much more and has its areas of application in hobby, school and work. The stereomicroscope can be used for quality control, in horticulture and agriculture, for hydrology and much more.
The trinocular tube enables the comfortable connection of a camera. The microscope is compatible (depending on the adapter) for microscope cameras, SLR and system cameras. Ask us which adapter you need.

BRESSER ICD 30.5mm Widefield Eyepiece 15x

The 10x eyepiece is suitable for all microscopes with 23.2mm eyepiece tube diameter. This diameter is widely used in stereo microscopes, also from other brands or manufacturers. Please select the eyepiece magnification in correspondence to the objective you are using. A low objective magnification allows for a higher magnification of the eyepiece. For example, combined with 4x or 10x objectives, eyepieces with 20x or 25x magnification can be used without loss of image quality. With a 100x objective, a 10x or 12.5x eyepiece is usually the highest recommended eyepiece magnification.
To calculate the maximum useful magnification, consider the numerical aperture (N. A.) of the objective lens:
numerical aperture of the objective lens x 1000 = max. useful magnification
Here is a typical example: for a 10x objective with numerical aperture NA 0.25, a maximum of 250x magnification can be realized. This is realized with a 25x eyepiece. The numerical aperture is usually printed besides the magnification factor on many objectives.
Magnifications beyond the max. useful magnification do not show any further details (so-called “empty magnification”) and are therefore not recommended.

The MikroCam MINI Full HD HDMI is a very compact HDMI camera. No PC or laptop is needed to use it, simply connect to a monitor, TV, beamer or smartboard. Connection via HDMI is easy and the camera is ready to go instantly. No software installation, PC setup etc. is necessary. With the included mouse, you can control the camera via 3 distinctive on screen menus (camera control, settings, measurements). To calibrate measurements, please add a calibration slide (e.g. item no. 5916720).
The camera is well suited for presentations, lectures etc. because upon startup it is working directly in auto mode with no user input. The camera does not have a start button, it is working directly after power up. Menus and mouse icon are not visible if the mouse is not connected.
Please note that this camera does not allow direct PC connection via USB. The USB port is for the mouse input only.

The Analyth STR comes with 3 different magnifications, that can easily be switched by turning the objective. It is easy to change magnifications from 10x to 20x or 40x. The stereo microscope will show structured objects nicely in 3D, which is especially impressive. The low starting magnification of 10x is helpful when working with children and will show objects in full up to a size of 20mm. With the wide magnification range, the Analyth STR is a versatile instrument. You can use it to view insects, plants, minerals and much more. It is useful for hobbyists, in schools and more. Typical professional applications include quality control, gardening or farming (pest control), hydrobiology and much more.The interpupilllary distance and the diopters can be adjusted to your needs. The eyepieces feature a big field of view of 20mm. Maksutov Newton MN-152 David H. Levy Comet Hunter Telescope
Highly corrected optic for wide-field observation and astrophotography. Developed in collaboration with the famous "comet hunter" David H. Levy. The Maksutov-Newton system does have some pros and cons respectively to the classical newtonian design. Apart from the higher price the main disadvantage is the higher weight - the thick corrector lens at the front is the cause for this. The main advantage of the Maksutov-Newton compared to the classical newton is the sharpness of the field of view. Classical newtonian telescopes do show a sharp pinpoint star image only at the middle of the field of view - outside the optical axis they have a dominant abberation, the so called coma. This is inherent in the newtonian design, and therefore valid for all newtonian telescopes of all brands and not caused by manufacturing tolerances. Coma distorts the star image - the pinpoint star shows a tail, just like a small comet. This decreases sharpness and contrast considerably. The Maksutov-Newton shows a much sharper star image - for most applications the coma is not visible. This results in a high contrast image all over the field of view - for visual observations and for astrophotography with DSLRs alike. This makes the Maksutov-Newton a ideal all-purpose telescope, that is able to show a sharp field without the need for additional correctors.

The BRESSER SLR camera adapter 2x T2 functions as an adapter between a microscope and a reflex or system camera. A camera-specific T2 ring is required for operation. This adapter is suitable for common microscopes with a 23.2 mm connection. Depending on the setup, you can achieve a parfocal image with a trinocular microscope. As with other adapters, the visible field of view remains smaller than the ocular field of view.
