FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
The symbol flashes when the air pressure drops sharply within a short period of time. This indicates that a storm or strong winds are very likely approaching. As soon as the air pressure stabilizes, the flashing will stop automatically – it therefore serves as a storm warning.
Please proceed as follows:
Tips:
- Remove all batteries from the base station and the outdoor sensor.
- Wait at least 3–10 minutes.
- Insert the batteries into the base station.
- Once the indoor temperature is displayed, insert the batteries into the outdoor sensor.
The signal should now be detected and the outdoor temperature displayed.
Tips:
- If problems occur, replace all batteries with fresh, non-rechargeable brand batteries. Different battery types or charge levels may cause interference.
- Do not place the base station near other electronic devices (this may interfere with reception).
- If necessary, choose a different location for the base station.
If pressing the “DCF” button on the back does not help, reset the station:
- Briefly press the reset button on the back with a pen
- If necessary, place the station closer to a window, as reception inside buildings may be limited

With this additional BRESSER base station, you don’t need to decide on just one room. Simply connect to your 7-in-1 external sensor and you have immediate access to your measured values in another room. You can count on the usual functions whenever you need them, including reliable local weather trend forecasts for the next 12 hours, displayed as graphics, so know when to organize a spontaneous BBQ. In the winter months, the frost alarm will alert you when the external temperature falls below -3 °C: Caution, risk of black ice! You can also see the date, day of the week, timeand moon phases so you have an idea of the ‘signs of the times’. Plus, for a more long-term view, the memory function stores historical measured data from the past 24 hours.

Are there early signs of mould formation in your bathroom? Is the air in your children’s bedroom too dry because of the central heating? The additional BRESSER base station allows you to respond to unusual situations like these with utmost flexibility, as two stations mean two separate measured results for indoor temperature, humidity and air pressure. Position the device in a critical location and the integrated sensor will measure the current room temperature, humidity and air pressure at that location. A graphical room climate indicator will alert you when the air is optimal, too dry or too damp. In addition, you can also set an independent maximum/minimum value alarm with audible and light signal on the additional station itself.
On the road often? In addition to the base station at home, you can use the WiFi function to access your measured data through weather portals such as AWEKAS any time, anywhere. Or, use AWEKAS to transmit your data to your Smart Home controller.

The new BRESSER WIFI ClearView Weather Station with 7-in-1 sensor offers a very comprehensive range of weather data. The multifunctional outdoor sensor can easily be installed with the included mounting accessories!
The outdoor sensor reliably transmits measured values for wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature, precipitation, as well as UV level and light intensity via 868 MHz frequency to the base station.
The base station shows a large variety of current and historical local weather data on its 8.3'' TRUE BLACK colour display. The latter allows internal storage and evaluation of the measurement data over a period of 24 hours. A very reliable forecast for the upcoming 12h is calculated by your local weather data which will be displayed on the base station. The WIFI function allows users to share their local data via apps such as 'Weather Underground'' or ''Weather Cloud''. In addition, the WIFI function enables Internet Time Synchronization and firmware updates.
An alarm can be individually programmed for maximum and minimum values, which triggers both an acoustic and a light alarm signal when the specified value is reached. For outside temperatures from -3°C, a special alarm can also be activated for frost/ice warnings. A poor indoor climate often poses health risks, especially for children and elderly people. The BRESSER WIFI ClearView Weather Station offers a smart feature for this. The indoor climate indicator informs about current indoor climate conditions by means of the room climate indicator.
For all ''moon addicts'' the different moon phases are also displayed. An alarm clock with snooze function is also included in the range of functions.

The BRESSER MikroCam Pro HDMI Autofocus delivers excellent image quality with ease of use. The microscopic image is transferred in Full HD resolution and without delay to a HDMI monitor or TV screen. An optional 11" HDMI screen is available under item code 5914110 and can be mounted on the camera directly. It gives brilliant images with high contrast.
Microscope images and video can now be stored on a SD card. The Sony Sensor gives excellent image quality and is very light sensitive. So this camera is recommended for low light contrast methods like darkfield or phase contrast.
The autofocus enables the user to focus without using the mechanical focus wheel. When changing the objective, the focus will automatically be adjusted from the camera. The focus range from the "zero" position (which is the standard backfocus for C-Mount) up to 5,4 mm intrafocal to reach CS-Mount distance, and 10,6 mm extrafocal, to cover a wide range.
In addition to the autofocus functionality, you can set the focus with the mouse or set a user defined focus range.
The camera can be controlled with the included USB mouse directly through the on screen display. The on screen functionality now includes a measuring function as well, so the MikroCam Pro HDMI Autofocus upgrades your existing trinokular microscope to a fully equipped digital autofocus microscope.
With the WiFi module, the camera can also supply the images in a wireless network. Due to this, a permanent connection to a PC via USB is not provided. But the professional software MikroCamLabII is still included with the camera for further image analysis after transferring the data stored on the SD card.

When the weather is nice, many head outdoors. But when the sun is too strong, we need to take care of our health during strenuous activities. This is where the heat stress index comes into play, calculated by the weather station. It is based on the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature, which considers the key heat factors in the environment. The four warning levels help you stay safe and healthy on hot days.
Breathe easy – with the air quality display
How clean is the air you breathe? The local AQI (Air Quality Index) shows you directly whether the air in your surroundings is clean. Also, current data on pollutant exposure from PM2.5, PM10, NO2, SO2, O3, and CO from the internet are available at the press of a button. For data measured directly on-site, you can expand your weather station with optional CO2 sensors (not included), in addition to optional thermo-hygro sensors (not included) or water detectors (not included).

Additional base station – monitor the indoor climate in another room
If your existing base station is in the living room, you can place a second base station in the kitchen or your child’s bedroom to view your local weather data in an additional room. The base station features a built-in thermo-hygro sensor, which measures the ambient temperature and humidity and displays a smiley symbol to indicate the quality of the indoor climate. You can then take effective measures to prevent the risk of mould or dry air.
The additional base station is also ideal as a bedside clock. It features a built-in backlight that can be dimmed or switched off completely to ensure you get a good night’s sleep. And so that you wake up on time, it also has a practical alarm with a snooze function, as well as a frost warning function that triggers that alarm 30 minutes earlier when the outdoor temperature drops below -3°C – plenty of time to ensure that you get to work or school safely.
