This high-performance outdoor temperature and humidity sensor is the perfect extension for your BRESSER weather station. The sensor transmits measurement data over an ultra-long wireless range of to 150 metres at a frequency of 868 MHz. There are seven different wireless channels available to choose from. Thanks to the built-in display, you can also use the precision thermo-hygro sensor as a standalone solution without a weather centre. And you don’t need to buy the whole product! This 5-in-1 external sensor is the perfect replacement part for your weather centre. It takes no time to install: Establish the power supply, take the mounting materials from the packaging and fit the wireless sensor at your preferred spot as normal. The existing base station will connect to the replacement external sensor automatically as normal. And if the two devices can’t find one another? You can manually intervene: Simply press the WiFi/SENSOR button on the base station and it will start to search for the new wireless sensor. Through the LCD display contrast setting, you succeed in reading the time, the day of the week, the phases of the moon, the sunrise as well as the sunset, on the 7.4" color display from almost any viewing angle. The 7-in-1 professional outdoor sensor reliably transmits measured values for wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature, precipitation amount, as well as UV level and light intensity via 868 MHz frequency to the base station. Through the internal storage and analysis of the measurement data, a reliable local weather trend forecast for the coming 12 hours is displayed using graphical symbols. The new BRESSER WIFI ClearView Weather Station with 7-in-1 sensor offers a very comprehensive range of weather data. The multifunctional outdoor sensor can easily be installed with the included mounting accessories! The outdoor sensor reliably transmits measured values for wind speed, wind direction, humidity, temperature, precipitation, as well as UV level and light intensity via 868 MHz frequency to the base station. The base station shows a large variety of current and historical local weather data on its 8.3'' TRUE BLACK colour display. The latter allows internal storage and evaluation of the measurement data over a period of 24 hours. A very reliable forecast for the upcoming 12h is calculated by your local weather data which will be displayed on the base station. The WIFI function allows users to share their local data via apps such as 'Weather Underground'' or ''Weather Cloud''. In addition, the WIFI function enables Internet Time Synchronization and firmware updates. An alarm can be individually programmed for maximum and minimum values, which triggers both an acoustic and a light alarm signal when the specified value is reached. For outside temperatures from -3°C, a special alarm can also be activated for frost/ice warnings. A poor indoor climate often poses health risks, especially for children and elderly people. The device is operated in much the same way as you are used to: Start by inserting the batteries (not included). Then, fit the replacement sensor in your preferred location using the installation material supplied. Once everything has been tightened up, all you need to do is connect to your base station (not included). With a replacement sensor, this is not an automatic process; you will needed to press the WiFi/SENSOR button on the console. The console will then start to search for the signal from the sensor. The base station from the 5-in-1 weather station – now also individually – for an overview of measured values in multiple rooms. A base station in the living room and one in the bedroom, giving you an ideal overview whichever room you’re in. The BRESSER base station works with the BRESSER 5-in-1 weather station 7002510 as well as many other BRESSER weather stations. (For compatibility, see below). The clearly structured display on the base station also displays a range of history data. It enables internal storage and evaluation of the measured data over a 24-hour period. Using the measured data, the weather station calculates a very reliable local weather trend forecast for the next 12 hours, which is indicated on the display by six graphical symbols. There is a programmable alarm function for maximum and minimum values, which can emit an acoustic alarm and light signal if either value is reached. A special frost/ice warning alarm can also be configured for outdoor temperatures from -3 °C. A poor indoor climate can pose a particular health risk for children and the elderly. The BRESSER 5-in-1 weather station offers a smart feature to help tackle this. The indoor climate indicator uses symbols to visualise the current status of the indoor climate. In addition, the BRESSER 5-in-1 weather station also offers radio-controlled time and date setting (DCF time signal). The current central European time (CET) and date with day will be displayed within a few minutes of the device being switched on. For the moonstruck, the display also indicates the various phases of the moon. A wake function with snooze function is also included.
