The new BRESSER NANO AZ telescopic mount has been developed to ensure quick and easy operation. The mount is as easy to use as a photo tripod, it is just more stable and easily carries telescopes weighing up to 4 kg. The mount can be easily swivelled by hand to the left, right, up and down, making it really easy to use and with a weight of only 3.4kg, the mount is also easy to transport. Ideal for the easy entry, as a travel mount or for "quick observations".
The telescopes are securely held by a clamp for 44mm prism rails, the so-called GP Level. This is an international manufacturer-independent standard, whereby all telescopes with such a GP prism rail can be installed on this mount. For example our BRESSER MESSIER lens telescopes AR-90s, AR-102xs, AR-102s, or our small Maksutov-Cassegrain telescopes MC-90 and MC-102. Of course just as suitable for small Apo's as the EXPLORE-SCIENTIFIC ED-80 series. The sturdy and height-adjustable stainless steel tripod included in the scope of delivery is the ideal base for the BRESSER NANO AZ mount.

The TELRAD viewfinder is a projection finder that can be installed on any telescope and makes it child's play to align the telescope with the starry sky.The TELRAD viewfinder is a practical alternative to classic optical viewfinders and illuminated red dot viewfinders. You can see the complete starry sky without magnification, and not just a small section as with a normal optical viewfinder. Against this background of the starry sky, three red luminous concentric rings are projected, with apparent diameters of 4 degrees, 2° and 0.5° in the sky. Move the telescope so that the object you are looking for is in the inner ring, and the telescope points in the right direction. Because the object you are looking for is inside the ring, it will not be irradiated like a normal illuminated red dot finder.The base of the TELRAD viewfinder is self-adhesive and can be mounted on all telescopic tubes from about 10cm diameter. The length of the base is about 18cm. This base remains on the telescopic tube, the TELRAD viewfinder itself can be removed or attached at any time by means of the attached quick coupling. With the ultra-compact BRESSER solar charger, you simply use the power of the sun to charge your devices. The environmentally friendly solar energy is free of charge – and you remain independent of the power grid!
Simply open it up, put it down and immediately produce green solar powerThe handling is very simple: unfold the solar panel and align it as perpendicularly as possible to the sun. Then connect the device to be charged to the solar charger, either with a suitable USB cable (not included) or with the included DC connection cable. The charging process begins immediately.
Which devices can the solar panel charge?
The solar charger gets all devices with a USB power supply connection or the above-mentioned DC power plug connection up and running again in no time – e.g. smartphones, tablets, power banks, portable playstations, MP4 players, GPS devices and Bluetooth headphones. For charging large power stations, we recommend the more powerful BRESSER solar panels with at least 60 watts output power – see art. no. 3810050, 3810060, 3810070.Universal charger with flexible connection optionsOne USB-A connection socket is available for powering your devices. There is also an additional universal connection socket for DC bar plugs with a diameter of 5.5/2.1 mm. A universal connection cable with a 5.5/2.1mm DC bar plug on both sides and a length of 2 metres, as well as 3 plug adapters (3.5/1.35mm, 5.5/2.5mm, 8.0/5.5/0.8mm) are included in the scope of delivery. The polarity of the connectors is as follows: Inner contact = positive (+), outer contact = negative (-).
How long does it take to charge a battery?Most modern devices with built-in batteries indicate the current charging status of the battery on a display or status LEDs. The charging process is also automatically terminated by the internal charger of the smartphone or tablet, etc., as soon as the battery is full.Nevertheless, it is helpful to know how long a full charge theoretically takes with an empty battery. This is the only way to choose the right solar panel model for the requirements of the devices you want to charge.Here is a short calculation: Divide the capacity of the battery (mAh) by the charging current of the charger (mA) and multiply this by a factor of 75. This then gives you the approximate charging time in minutes that is required to fully charge the battery at 100% sunshine duration.Example: A battery with a capacity of 3000mAh (3.0 Ah) and a charging current via 5 volt USB connection of 2400mA (2.4 amps). So 3000 : 2400 x 75 = 94 minutes. Dividing the result by 60 gives the charging time in hours: 1.6 hours.This means that an average smartphone can be fully charged in just about 1.6 hours with a 21-watt solar panel.

Simply connect them to the riveted ring eyelets of the solar panel and use them to hang the solar charger stably, e.g. on a tent loop, a fence or other suitable holding points. If you attach it to your backpack, you can even use the time during a hike for charging.

Since years a well known and approved Plössl eyepiece. Ideal to improve the performance of your telescopes for a low budget price.
All the BRESSER Plössl eyepieces provide sharp and high-contrast images because of the 4-lens design. All lenses have fully-multicoated surfaces which prevents reflections efficiently. Every eyepiece is equipped with a foldable rubber eyecup to avoid straylight from the sides and the inner eyepiece shaft is carefully blackened as well. Housing and eyepiece shaft are completely made from metal - no plastic is used. Filter thread for use with colour- and nebular filters is also available.
All these Plössl eyepieces offer a much better image quality than all the very simple made Kellner and Huygens eyepieces.

The BRESSER EQ-3 is a German equatorial telescope mount that can be used universally for light to medium-weight telescope tubes with a net weight of up to 5 kg.The only requirement for telescope tube mounting is a universal Vixen profile GP dovetail mounting bar - found on many commercially available telescope. This high-quality equatorial mount allows easy alignment to the celestial pole in no time and then allows tracking of all celestial objects manually with its single RA axis. Both RA and DEC axes come with manual slow motion control cables, for easy adjustment of your telescope's pointing. The BRESSER Slider Binocular Mount, with its revolutionary design, offers unprecedented comfort for binocular observation - during the day and at night
Thanks to the variable extension length of the two support rails (crossbars), the cardanic mount head and various adjustable slip couplings almost all binocular positions can be selected easily. Afterwards, the binoculars remain in their respective position thanks to the counterweights. During observation, it is usually not necessary to touch the binoculars. Whether you want to observe standing up, sitting on a swivel chair or lying down on a mat or bed, everything is possible. For wheelchair users the mount is also an interesting alternative to normal tripod solutions, where usually one tripod leg is always in the way.
A steady image despite large binoculars and high magnification
Especially when observing for a long time, even medium-weight binoculars weighing 500 grams or more and moderate magnifications of 10x or more make life difficult. Already after a short while the pictures blur and the arms get tired. Certainly, a high photo tripod can bring a significant improvement. But this solution is very limited in terms of the binoculars’ movability and the position of the observer.
The BRESSER Slider Binocular Mount offers far more possibilities. Almost all desired binocular positions can be reached effortlessly. The patented design, with 2 counter-moving support rails (crossbars), is guided on special linear roller bearings inside the mount head with zero play. This allows the observer to vary the extension length as desired with little muscle power. The sliding resistance can be infinitely adjusted using 2 adjusting screws. In the middle of the slider mount’s centre of gravity, there is an axle with adjustable slipping clutch for the tilting and rotating movement. All bearings operate with absolute precision and backlash-free. For quick levelling, there is even a 30 mm fluorescent circular bubble in the base of the mount, which is easy to read even in the dark.
Cardanic mount head
The cardanic mount head works like a ball head. However, it offers a significantly higher load-capacity and more stability. Here, too, the sliding resistance of all moving parts can be adjusted to the user’s specific needs. The mount head offers several mounting holes for mounting a binocular holder via 1/4-inch photo screw or a standard GP prism clamp for mounting small telescopes. In addition, there are various holes on the side cheeks of the mount head for further accessories such as red light reading lamps, smartphone holders for the use of sky apps or LED viewfinders for quick sighting of celestial objects.
Counterweights
Several counterweights enable the exact balancing of the binoculars or telescope. Two counterweights of each 2.5 kg, 1.25 kg and 0.5 kg are included in the package and can be attached to the rear end of the mount on the mounting bolts on both sides. With the 2 included spring clamps the weights are secured on the bolts. Instead of the counterweights, a filled sandbag can also be attached to the existing mounting hook. This reduces the transport weight for planned excursions.
Suitable for use with binoculars of up to 3.5 kg weightThe BRESSER Slider Mount can be used with binoculars of up to 3.5 kg weight. But it is also a real help for obtaining blur-free images with much smaller binoculars during long-term observations. It is mounted with an optionally available binocular tripod adapter, which is attached to the mount head with a 1/4-inch photo thread screw.
Also highly recommended for compact refractor telescopesInstall an optionally available standard GP prism adapter on the mount head and use your travel telescope in a completely different way: as a high-quality spotting scope for landscape and sky observation.
Tripod adapter
The matching tripod adapter for using the BRESSER stainless steel Tripod ST-3 is already included in the slider mount’s scope of delivery. It converts the standard large 3/8-inch photo tripod thread (internal thread) in the base of the slider mount into a metric M10 thread. This means that after removing the adapter, a stable standard photo or video tripod with 3/8-inch mounting screw can also be used.
The BRESSER Field Tripod ST-3 made of stainless steel
The solid and height-adjustable tripod with double tripod leg clamp is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and perfect for direct use with the BRESSER Slider Binocular Mount. Adjust the extendable stainless steel tripod to the desired base height and thereby pre-select your favourite observation position. For example, for landscape observation while standing or sitting, the full tripod height should be used. For night sky observation, a lower setting is recommended for a comfortable viewing position while sitting or lying down. The tripod is equipped with a standard GP mounting head and a central screw with metric M10 threaded shaft.
